Mother Linda's Bulgarian Rhapsody by Linda J. Forristal
1 of 1 found this helpful This lovely cookbook is filled with many delicious-sounding recipe, a couple of which I have already prepared to the delight of my wife, who pronounced them delicious.
The recipes are clearly written and easy to understand, and some of the recipes are accompanied by lovely color photographs.
For me, who am not of Bulgarian ancestry, or married to a Bulgarian, this book is providing a wonderful introduction to a little-known cuisine in the U.S.
Interestingly enough, the night I prepared dishes from this lovely little tome, Bulgaria, quite unknown to me, was admitted into full membership in the E.U.:)
