Baking steel well worth it.
I ordered one of the blemished one and I could not find a defect or blemish on it. It arrived two days ahead of schedule. I have it in my oven and it works great even when I’m not using it directly. It holds oven heat very well allowing for a constant temperature in the oven. Would recommend these to anyone serious about cooking or baking.
