Works as advertised
The Galaxy Notes are notorious for lasting forever, but their charging ports are not. Instead of buying a new phone, I gave this charging cover a try. It's sleek, stylish, and makes my phone look new again. It works nicely with the wireless charging pad (must be bought separately.) The folio cover is well made, very substantial, and slightly thicker than the old cover to accomodate the charger inside.
Pros: no more worries that someone jiggling the cord will stop the phone charging. Easy to install on the phone; just remove old folio cover and snap into place. Easy to use, just set the phone down on the pad, ensure it is charging. Cheaper than buying a new phone!
Cons: must ensure cover is snapped on tightly to get a good charge. A bit finicky, you have to set it down just so and check to ensure it's charging. Charge is definitely slower than the corded charger.
Overall, if your Galaxy Note port has started to fail you, this is a nice option for keeping that phone alive for a while longer!
