A must read for all people looking into natural healing
2 of 2 found this helpful Very informative book. Has a lot of valuable information. Recommend to all. I personally have done the gallstone cleanse with good results. Will be repeating. Was interesting for me to read with all small stories of peoples symptoms/disease and what was done to help patient get better/cure.

Recommend for beginners looking for a good workout
Good and easy workout for beginners. Like it how Tony shows how to do easier versions of the exercise, that way you don't sprain your muscles when you just get into exercising. Easy for beginners and really works you out into a sweat!! Recommend.

Defective
I have owned pinhole glasses before (broke after I let my older kids wear them occasionall).
The holes on the lenses feel like same quality as my old glasses, and help me see better (and correct vision).
The only problem I have is the plastic inner sides that slide onto the nose to hold the glasses are positioned crookedly. One nose side is higher up than the other side. This makes the glasses irritating and unbearable to wear. Very irritating to have to try pulling glasses sideways every couple of seconds.
Will leave these to my kids to wear (and break eventually).
Just ordered a pair from a different company, and hoping they are not defective as these ones. Not sure if I will find better quality (metal frame, cushioned rubber nose piece, etc.) now-a-days.
Recommend these if they aren't defective.
For the quality I received, I'd say order from different company- they should be around $5 (or less). Just make sure the holes are properly cut like these on the frames- thats whats most important. Not worth the price for the quality they sold to me.
