NOT FOR S&S Carbs!
You can drill the backing plate and make it work but it specifically says it's for S&S carb so that's annoying on top of that the way the outer plate is mounted the bolts go through the backing plate and you barely have one quarter of an inch of room or else the bolts are going to hit the carburetor body and you won't be able to mount up the outer plate.
