saves hundreds of dollars
2 of 2 found this helpful I grind my teeth at night ,I used to get grinding guards from my dentist at $300 each
I saw these in a store a yror two ago,just awesome no fuss open up package and good to go
no placing in hot water etc,
so I have no need to spend hundreds at the dentist to get a Grinding plate
I use each for a month ,the best kept little secret on the planet !

betteries work great last a long time when charged
