Fresh Roast Coffee Bean Roaster

We use this roaster every weekend and find it easy to use and reliable. We are very happy with it.

We have had this for about 2 weeks now, using it on weekends only. We love the way it grinds, but at least every other grind it will not start.

After every other grind it will not start. We empty it completely, clean it completely, and sometimes it starts after that. It is soooo frustrating that we end up using our old "simple" grinder. I checked that it's not easy to clean because it is such a hassle after every grind. Is there an answer to this? We have had the grinder only about 2 weeks and use it on the weekend only. Help!
