Product issues
Opened box and plugged in the tablet, it froze on a screen and would not allow me to open or turn off, basically it wouldn't do anything. I had to take it to the Apple store in town and have them get it unfrozen and the button on the front is worn so getting it to go back to the home screen is somewhat difficult. The Apple Store salesperson was able to get it running, but since it is a Christmas gift I am concerned it will have issues once the person it was bought for starts to use it. Although it appeared to be a decent machine for the price I was disappointed that I had to take it to a store to have someone look at it to determine what was wrong.
Also it would be helpful to have something in the box that gives you a link or site to go to for the manual on how the product works.
