The best thermometer I've ever used, this type k is accurate,I've been calibrating equipment for 35 year's and this weighted temp sensor is quick acquisition of temperature and most factory I work with only want you to use this type of weighted thermometer for its accuracy. I recommend highly.

Gong fu
First both of my filters came broken,glass is very thin and breaks extremely easily,because glass is thin these things get hot, the double-walled cups don't get hot to the touch but around the drinking part where you put your mouth extremely hot ,stick with porcelain nice thick porcelain that's your best bet or clay even better. I don't want to go to the trouble of returning them even though I accidentally ordered an extra set I have the rest of the pieces on display which I won't use
