Big and ugly
The size is overbearing (really big) poor quality. Ethernet ports are prone to failure. They make an excellent paper weight.

Same as OE
Resolved the issue with AC compressor and fans not working when the AC is turned on. This was the problem, but other things may cause the same problems. Low refrigerant, bad cooling fans on radiator, bad Fan control module.
This was culprit on my daughters 2001 VW Golf TDI.

Beware of false advertisement as a N600 wireless router
1 of 2 found this helpful I see many advertising these as a N600 router, which is false. You get a N300 2.4GHZ or a N300 5ghz period. It is switchable but can can only operate on one frequency at a time, not both. Simply it is a N300 router period as it cannot broadcast both at the same time.
Is it plug and play, 50/50 chance you will have no problems. Many complain of wifi issues, follow the instructions provided to login and setup your wireless. It has many options, upper/lower band, and will show you if your channel selected has interference. Most routers will default to channel 1 on lower band or channel 11 upper band by default. How many people around you are using the same defaults. It has a tool so you can see how many around you are using these channels and adjust it to a less crowded channel, say i.e. 3,4, 5, 8, 9. A wireless landline phone can interfere or kick you off the internet if on the same channel. Not all devices are capable of even using 5ghz bands, 2.4 ghz is more common. It's decent if properly set it up and is supported by your cable company.
Just remember you can only use one 2.4 or 5 ghz switchable at up to N300 speeds and never both at the same time and it can never perform at the N600 dual band speeds. I'm not faulting the N300, it's fine and I was aware of it, It's just sellers need to stop falsely advertising it.
Read the manual and set it up for your individual needs.
P.S. Please change the default login password for your modem/router.
