The Amityvill Horror is a Perfect (Scary) Date Movie
6 of 10 found this helpful Let me preface by saying this is a great date movie. It also looks spectacular on any big screen TV. Ryan Reynolds moves away from the teen movies and into a horror role - where he really does excel. Reynolds is superb as the haunted George Lutz - a caring family man who struggles as his family moves to a new, haunted home. There is plenty of gore, violence and suspense. Honestly, I was pretty antsy. Im not sure how many times Id watch this DVD - but its definitely a great Friday or Saturday night flick.

Monster Ballads = Monstrously Great 80s Music
2 of 4 found this helpful You like 80s rock? You like hair bands and wild, sentimental guitar solos? Nothing beats Monster Ballads - a classic collection of 1980s hair band love songs / ballads. From Warrant to Poison to Mr Big to Cinderella - I've seen all of these bands in person and love each and every track. My only complaint is there is no Journey... no Journey on an 80s ballads CD is blasphomy!
Also check out Monster Ballds 2. The hits keep coming.

Wedding Crashers is a Must Own DVD for Comedy Buffs
3 of 6 found this helpful Wedding Crashers is terrific - with nonstop laughs from start to finish. Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughan form an unstoppable comedic force. Christopher Walken - as Rachel McAdams father (and Rachel McAdams is adorably great) - is funny as always. The two surprising stars are 1) Will Ferrell's extended cameo (hilarious) and 2) Rachel McAdams boyfriend (who is hysterical).
Owen Wilson .... John Beckwith
Vince Vaughn .... Jeremy Grey
Christopher Walken .... William Cleary
Rachel McAdams .... Claire Cleary
