review of product not seller
Product is fine, yes they can fail like all other parts. Maintenance helps.... Depending on install you do not just remove these like another review says. Some units are run by a control that is fused and when damper is installed and first call for heat happens the fuse blows and no longer will just a jumper work.

Not flawless
I got a bad one, probably no ones fault really, its a couple year old phone. I can not charge the phone with factory charger. I am only able to slow charge it with any charger that has no microchip and is not with 3.0 cable. and these days that is unacceptable time wise. So extra batteries i will buy. This device has a history with charging related issue.
