WOW! What a work out! FANTASTIC!!
WOW! these boys know how to move! i bought this dvd to aid my slimming plan and needed something to help me get fit without having to spend fortunes on gym memebership. i have to say, i couldnt have choosen a better workout than this! Diversity fitness fision was perfect for me as it has an intro to begin, in other words, the boys take you through the moves step by step and your able to rewind and repeat as many times as you like untill you've mastered it. once your comfortable, its all gooo!! as you go through the levels it becomes harder and much much faster, sending your pulse rate through the roof which is all good. after just a one hour work out, my arms and thighs were tight and i just knew my purchase was paying off. this is a perfect dvd if your aiding slim loss or just wanna get fit quick, you can feel it working even just after the intro..........no pain, no gain!! a highly recommended purchase! happy body popping!! :)
