CYNDI LAUPER - She's So Unusual
1 of 1 found this helpful As a lover of R&B and Dance Music, all other genres are my secondary choices being Pop is one of them. This cd is one of my favorite pop cd's. I can play the cd straight through without skipping over a song. Now that I think about it, as popular as this cd was & is, why am I writing a reiview LOL. The infamous "Time after Time" is truly a classic, "All Through The Night" is to me the PICK ME UP to 'Time after Time"; "I'll Kiss You' is the upbeat-toned down-yet energetic sing along song.

KEITH SWEAT CONTINUES TO GIVE R&B EXCELLENCE
Mostly everyone seems to harp on Keith Sweat debut cd but this cd deserves just as much credit for being a very good r&b album/cd. This is one of those cd's that you actually play straight though. The songs "Come Back", "Merry Go Round", & "I'll give all my love to you" are the slow songs where you can feel either the heartfelt, sad, or longing emotions. "Your Love" & "Make You Sweat" definitely makes you groove.

LUTHER VANDROSS - Never Let Me Go
Just when you mention his name, you know when you buy his cd, you already knowing he can sing. This was a good cd by him but as far as chart success it wasnt "the same" high volume sells like his past cd's but it still sold well & i dont know why it didnt sell better than what it did. His slow songs outweigh the upbeat ones but being a fan im across the board with every style of song he does. On this cd, the 2 songs that are heart-grabbing are "Love Me Again" & the other is "Too Far Down" which has a message for the heartbroken & disappointed. Luther makes some great midtempo songs to drive to like on this cd "Hustle".
