A book most people should read...!
This book is full of facts ...& not fads. And is written by qualified Doctors who have an
open mind.
You will probably ask yourself why this information hasn't been made available before.
Whilst it is possible that there will be some for whom it won't work, it is clear that it does
work for so many ... and the earlier in life you start, the better.
Not only that, you are not restricted in what you eat - although there are excellent
suggestions as to what is best. It is how you eat ... or more accurately, when.
One of the biggest problems people face - how to maintain weight after any losing
the desired amount, is also addressed.
Given that particularly in Western Society it is clear there is a major obesity epidemic
apparent, you would think that all governments should make this sort of information
compulsory reading in schools (...the later years probably being the most suitable), so
that the next crop of 'adults' will be suitably knowledgeable and avoid the problems that
are currently rife in their parents! ( Yes, including me)! :-)
