Her recipes are well illustrated wasy to follow and most have vids on YouTube!

German quality test kitchen approved
I've had a cheapy mandolinein the past which broke after a few uses sadly,but this is far superior. I liked the idea of quick slicing but wasn't going to try another one until I found a good easy to use and easy to CLEAN model. And here it is. I also love the compact lock in together storage aspect of these blades and rack. Purple is just like the photo, my fav colour so I am over the moon and haven't even used it yet. I watched a bunch of youtube vids to get an idea of what all it can do. Chinese noodle night will be so much easier and faster with this veggie cutter.

Its more of a tester to see if a quality 1 is worth getting.
