Classic Western Is Worth Watching Again and Again!
2 of 2 found this helpful With a fantastic cast like Kevin Costner, Kevin Kline, Scott Glenn, Danny Glover, Rosanna Arquette, John Cleese, Brian Dennehy, Jeff Goldblum and Linda Hunt, you can't go wrong with this Modern Classic Western. Linda Hunt says one of my all time favorite lines to live by "The World is what you make of it my friend, if it doesn't fit, you make alterations". Kevin Costner plays brother to Scott Glenn as the character Jake, who is a little off his rocker but so much fun, even when he "falls off his horse". You have a true rendition of cowboys too because there is a black cowboy, which in history there were quite a few black cowhands.
In the end it all comes down to right - vs- wrong in a showdown that is well worth the watch. The movie is more than 2 hours long but you don't even notice as you become wrapped up in the characters.
I could watch it again and again. Loved it.
