Excellent Mouse
2 of 2 found this helpful My previous Logitech mouse, an M510, is a very good mouse and is also lighter than the MX Master. Because of the weight difference it was a bit easier to slide and candidly, I could keep using it and be happy. .
That being said, the MX Master just feels like it is designed for your hand. Incredibly comfortable to a point where you are willing to take a little more effort to move it just to experience it. It also has more buttons which can be easily programmed which is a plus.
Of course, the first thing I noticed was none of that. It was that the M510 felt like easy to grip, flimsy plastic. Something I didn't notice until I held the MX. The MX feels solid, as if you had just purchased a luxury item as opposed to an inexpensive mouse that just lets you get by.
Ultimately, neither mouse is bad... but it's the difference between a budget vehicle and a luxury vehicle. Both will get you from A to B, but the MX will be a much better experience with more available options.
