Anchor Hocking Microware Micro Gas Electric Oven Muffin Pan
Had two of these years ago but got lost in a move. This pan makes corn bread, cake muffins in 4 minutes and they come out moist and perfectly cooked. I have two of the quart pans that we use to heat up food in the micro and have been using them for the last 30 plus years. This has to be the best dishes for using in a micro wave oven ever. As luck would have it, my wife found a pan to make an angel food cake at a thrift store. These are some great pans that will give you years of use and a great time saver as well as saving money from having to heat up an oven and baking a cake for 20 minutes or so.
