Poor design
I love my Kitchenaid mixers! The only problem I have had with them is the wire wisk are poorly designed. This is the second Kitchenaid W10361360 7 Quart Stand Mixer Wire Whip that I have had in less than a year. Within a few months the outer wires loosened up and eventually break off.
