Works okay on slim batteries
Inexpensive, gives the measurement of charge remaining in the battery. Can't be left in place
which is a good idea otherwise it would go flat. The downside is that the battery must be held in place with the fingers, to take the reading.

An historical movie set in WW2. It is right on target!
I am researching my family history and wanted a copy of a movie which was shown in England a year after the Second World War began. It was called 'Dangerous Moonlight' - but how to find a copy after all those years, and as they were all made on a celluloid reel, how to view it with modern hardware?
So I hunted on eBay - and it came up within a minute. A copy on DVD suitable for the Australian PAL system.
The product cost no more than a modern movie, yet it had been converted and set up to be used like a modern DVD. It even came with an informative jacket about the historical background in which this movie was set. The sound and quality were remarkably good. The movie today would be classed as a soapie, but in it's day it mirrored real events of WW2, and received excellent reviews.
