Loved it!
This book was amazing. I would definitely recommend everyone reading this book. It was full of great information regarding nutrition that is the main reason I purchased it. I haven't read many books on nutrition but I've read diet books and was not impressed with them.

Disliked.
I was not a fan of this book. It wasn't what I thought it would be. It seemed to me more about her vs how to be healthy and active. I would not recommend someone spending there money on this..
