Good for the price
While applications are limited by weight, the simple, inexpensive holder with 1/4 screw mount is coming useful sometimes.

Very helpful timepiece at a very modest price
It might not be exactly very easy to use at full capabilities as they would expand with study. It might be not as accurate at heart rate measurements as over the chest heart rate monitors - around 85% vs 95%. However at the price of $45 you can get the ability to substantially improve your overall fitness with easy monitoring everyday cardiovascular load.
