Works great with older manual lens
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried this out out with a 28mm f2.8 and a 70-210mm f3.5. It worked very well on both lenses. Both were older film lenses and manual focus. For the price you can't go wrong. The adapter was firmly in place on both sides and seems a well built unit, especially for the low price. Image quality was better than on film as the smaller sensor of the m4/3 only uses the the center area of the lens where it is the best anyway. A great way to use so so older lenses on a new camera, in Manual focus mode only.

Good toys but for 3-5 year olds
This was bought for a 6 year old girl who loves to sword fight. She has another set that is finally worn out after 3 years or so. This new set is shorter and not as robust but looks nice. She did like the shields and found various ways to attach them to herself. I would not buy them again for her but for kids 3-5 years old, they are decent items for not much $.
It isn't they are bad toys, they just are not really made for older kids. I am sure she will have them destroyed in a few months but it was worth the try. I couldn't find exact replacements for the ones she has worn out.

exceptional value , looks good too.
I am new so this is a limited review.( many hours of research though ) It sounds very good when tuned. I had to tighten the neck screw around 1-1.25 turns to get the action correct. It tunes easily with an iPhone app and seems to stay tuned pretty well. The finish is very good and it seems well built looking at the construction into the sound hole. I am using the stock strings so it may sound even better with different strings. My local music store guru played it and said it sounded good. I have not used the 1/4" output so I can't say how it works but the music guy said I would probably need a higher power amp with adjustable input due to the non-amplified output. A cheap pratice amp won't cut it as the sound from the guitar itself would be as loud as the amplified sound unless a bigger amp is used. I am not sure how this guitar compares to the cheaper Rogue Models but for the extra $20-$30 I know this one is a good deal for little money. I am pleased and would not hesitate to buy another one or recommend it.
