Much easier
This is much better than the old way of filling the 1lb tanks with the 7 dollar adapter. Definitely worth the extra money. Easily modified to accept the disposable cylinders. Also the cylinder it comes with is much better and legal.

Very nice.
1 of 1 found this helpful Very light weight. Not to big for a smaller wrist. Carefull not to loose small collar when taking out links. The band does scratch really easy but is expected with titanium. All functions are really handy. I use this at work in the icu.
