Jordan Retro XI Legend Blue
The Jordan Retro XI looks good in almost any color combo, but the Legend Blue, or Columbia, as it was known in the past, is clean and simple. The sneaker itself is light on the foot, but I wouldn't recommend these for on-court use since there's no real ankle support. Some of my favorite features are the patent leather, nylon upper and carbon-fiber shank plate, but it would've been nice for JB to include an extra set of Legend Blue laces. Beware not to dirty these up because the uppers can be hard to clean. Either way, the XIs have always been a favorite shoe for their originality, clean look and groundbreaking use of nylon, carbon-fiber and patent leather. Icy blue translucent soles are the icing on the cake (pun intended), but keeping them icy is a challenge. I recommend these for any collector due to their unique look and inflatable value.

Mighty-mover with an Attitude!
Without their Weapons Transport, the Joes would have no way to move ordnance! That said, this little vehicle may appear small, but it packs a punch, especially with a pd9 9mm submachine gun perched atop its armor-plated engine housing. This tiny mighty-mover blends well with many of the Joes’ other vehicles, like the Vamp, Sky Hawk, Awe Striker, Slugger and Havoc that share the same shade of green. Ok, it might take it’s design cues from something you’d see pulling commercial airliners around the tarmac, but this thing is too cool to resist adding to your collection. Beware not to break or lose the antenna which is often missing or broken and be sure to add a few of these to your GI Joe Headquarters. After all, what good is having an ordnance if you can’t move it from A to B?

Sweet Little Go-Fast Boat!
Although Hasbro’s vehicle designs for GI Joe and Cobra became more colorful and somewhat less practical by the late 1980s, this little beauty was a welcome addition to Cobra’s marine machines! Modeled after one of the toyline’s most iconic vehicles, the Cobra Moray, the Piranha not only dons a really cool and fitting name, but it’s a sweet little attack-boat! Just when you think they couldn’t fit twin rotating machine guns, 6 torpedoes, 2 depth charges, a huge jet-propelled motor and 2 antennas on a single-piloted craft, they managed to do just that in such a way that you actually picture an agile, fast-maneuvering, sharp-toothed little monster with a serious bite slicing through the water in hot pursuit of its prey. It’s no wonder I personally have 3 of them in my own collection and I’m looking to purchase a few more. After all, you can’t have a Moray off the coast of Cobra Island without a few fierce little Piranhas patrolling the shores along side her!
