You are an adult. Take responsibility for your decisions. I struggle with buyers who ask for discounts for whatever reason. I struggle with buyers who use the system in bad faith to return goods. I struggle with buyers who damage the goods in order 2 get discounts. If the product has legitimate damage, I will take a return through ebay every time - I will not give you a discount to keep the goods. I provide good value items which are described thoroughly & packaged carefully - most of my feedback reflects this. If occasionally there is a legitimate issue I do my utmost to fix it.
