Better than the PS5 remote
The one thing that pushes this over the edge over the PS5 Media Remote is that the buttons light up and you can assign a button to an app. So I can have the Media App a button press away and it's super easy to see in the dark. Meanwhile PS5 gives you 4 apps on hot keys 2 of which I use. Also it's harder to see he darkZ

Fantastic replacement for Overpriced OEM cards
It works just like and official Sony MSD except without the high pricr. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
