  I began a feedback regarding the non-functioning unit received 4 Jan. That message is now closed and I am unable to provide an update. A replacement water heater arrived 18 Jan. The unit works fine and I am quite satisfied with it. As a side-note, I have become more aware to needlessly using warm water.
