Unfortunately ebay doesn't like you leaving negative feedback for buyers. Still, for what it's worth, this is NEGATIVE, if only for the fact that the buyer left me negative feedback prior to opening returns case. I accepted the return (even though the buyer accused me of refusing a refund), issued a returns postage label, and as soon as I receive the item back in the post I will issue a full refund. This was all dealt with within the space of 24hrs. Isn't this how things are supposed to be work?

This is a lie, The seller refused the return and only after receiving my negative but truthful feedback did he accept the return. You can't pass on a fake item just because someone has already sold it to you!
