Design Improvement Needed
1 of 1 found this helpful Krups is always quality. However... This model is almost impossible to pour water into the tank without spilling. The opening is much smaller than the Krups models I have owned. Also, this one did not come with the water filter stick. The Aroma feature for a stronger but slower brew makes up for the design deficiency. Overall good value for the price.

Attractive Design , But...
Very attractive design and brews a good pot of coffee. Product design, while looking good, is horrible... It is too tall to open the top to the water tank & filter basket without pulling the appliance completely from under most kitchen cabinets. Most awkward. Filling the water tank with the carafe is impossible because of the shape of the upper part of the carafe. Oh BTW... The online description does not mention that the operating instructions warn against using paper filters. Ya think you want to mess with coffee grounds and washing the provided filter basket? No way!
