Great Android Smartphone. Fast. Slim. Light. Awesome screen. Completely configurable. For the newbie - the Nexus range is made for techies who like to tinker, tune, optimise. They come without the burden of bloatware - software put in by the manufacturer. This means you can chop & change almost any aspect. But you need to know how.
Kills the iPhone 4s for screen quality, screen size, camera, gaming.
Main negative is the low volume speakers (earpiece & loudspeaker). I downloaded Volume+ to fix the loudspeaker.
Once it is updated to ICS 4.0.4, lots of things have been fine tuned, and it is nicer to use with better features.

Stiff but good quality
This cables is cheap for the design. n No oxygen free copper, uses TV coax cable so very stiff. Does a good job though
Philips Wireless Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphone (SHB9850NC)

Feature packed but tricky to use
Decent noise cancelling, with feature to allow some background noise. Can switch off noise cancelling altogether.
The skip, play, pause, volume controls are touch-slide operated. This can be a bit tricky and takes getting used to.
Handy is the direct wired option if the battery is dead or you're listening to something that doesn't have NFC or Bluetooth.
Being able to answer calls through it & use Siri or Google Assistant is very handy.
Lots of features for a fair price. Sound quality is nothing special, but for this price, with all these features, it's expected.
