Beautiful, high quality display. Was packed perfectly as if it was straight from the factory even though it says open box condition. Looks great on my desk. Great value for basically a brand new OLED monitor! Respected seller.

The Moto Q9h series is a decent product overall. It will appeal mostly to a business-oriented user. The phone functions are very fine. Loudspeaker is decent. Bluetooth works well. Camera is of average phone quality, acceptable. Two choices of battery: slim and extended (needs special back cover). For heavy business user, the extended battery lasts 8-9 hours, no mid-day charge necessary. Low use will be okay with the slim battery. The family has appearance and functional modifications relevant to each major carrier. AT&T has the new micro-USB jack abn micro-SD card, no headset jack. Verizon and Sprint models feature a standard mini-USB jack, 2.5mm headset jack, and SD card slot. On the AT&T model, you can have a variety of micro-USB adapter dongles, including the 2.5mm and 3.5mm headset jack, but it does not work well leaving Bluetooth the only viable headset connection type. Provided you have a data plan, all models can be used as a WWAN broadband modem over a USB cable or over Bluetooth. Of course, the BT connection will drain the juice faster, while the USB connection will charge the phone. You can make/receive phone calls while WWAN is used. Motorola software drivers are awesome, you can get them free from MotoDev website. For support, you can use free Microsoft emulator + Motorola Q9h skin, which has all the major functions including WWAN except phone. (Try that from other makers!) All phones received free upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1 for Smartphones. Carriers customize OS with their own packaged apps, so it depends, but all have acceptable suites preinstalled. WM 6.1 added 2 alarm clocks and better phone settings all around. All models feature Microsoft Outlook Mobile with Exchange ActiveSync for corporate messaging, which is a decent push technology. Works well. Parts are widely available, very affordable, and DIY repair is feasible. This is a decent business-oriented phone, solid Windows Mobile 6.1 device for business-oriented users or corporate deployments. There is a good lifecycle in this model still left. Motorola will be introducing next Windows Smartphone not earlier than mid-2010.
