Phone receiver is defective.
I've already had one of these phones for years, so I bought this because of the great functionality when two or more (up to 16) are used together. However, the receiver worked only intermittently, and when it did work, the sound was noisy and made receive audio difficult to hear. I have been trying to locate a replacement phone receiver, but with no success so far.
