  I had started this with the seller because I was worried it may have gotten lost/damaged and I wanted to let the seller know what was happening. There is no excuse for the seller to treat me the way they had. I only requested a refund because I had to select one of 2 options when submitting the eBay report. Either refund or get a replacement item. As of me writing this, I have received nothing. Screenshots of what the seller sent me are attached.

  The seller communicated well and shipped the item(s) quickly. Unfortunately, the items weren't exactly as described. The listing described "CR (control room) pots" but only one of the pots was of the right type. The seller offered a return / refund, but I declined since I did not want to return the correct potentiometer. I think he's a decent person who made an honest mistake, and I would do business again. But I think sellers should ensure that their listings are accurate.
