  Item was delivered in a timely fashion, but it did not fit as described. I wrote to the seller for verification or instructions on the item but received no response. I have photos documenting this to be the wrong item. 48 hours later, I filed for a return, but the return was denied by the seller and the case was closed, i.e., no possibility for appeal. I will not work with this seller again.

  Seller charged 10 dollars for ground shipping. When I got the item, the product code didnt work and I had to contact support, who didn't honor the product code. I contacted seller who offered me a partial refund minus the 10 dollars shipping. I regret that I accepted it, but I didn't want to have to haggle over 10 dollars after I already had to deal with tech support on the product over a week. I guess saving 10 dollars was worth more to this seller than doing good business.
