Probably what you'd expect for the money. Audio quality above average for size.
1 of 1 found this helpful The Link 20 looks and sounds pretty good over Bluetooth but I feel a little let down by its shortcomings in actual use. Given it's size, the audio though acceptable, is not hi-fi. It overaccentuates the bass but lacks any real punch. That's to be expected given the physical size of the drivers and enclosure. However it is loud and works really well outside as it's waterproof and can run for 10 hours off an inbuilt battery.
I regard myself as quite tech savvy but despite a dozen or so attempts, I was unable to get it to work with Google Home Assistant all the time. It loses the wi-fi connection a few times a week. I contacted JBL support and to be blunt, customer support is poor.
The Bluetooth audio is out of sync by about half a second with video when I watch TV/ Movies/Netflix on my laptop. This annoying problem needs addressing and because of this, I cannot recommend it.

Excellent Charger
I have bought and used many, many battery chargers over the years from the very cheap to the over-the-top expensive. This VapexTech VTE8000 is the best AA/AAA charger I've ever used. It gives a visual indication of charge level, charges uses smart technology and when finished provides a maintenance trickle charge. Being able to charge 8 batteries at once is another bonus. I'm really impressed.

Excellent DSLR
