Seniors benefit from a multi mineral supplement!
I love the Solaray products. This multi-mineral is 4 caps to the dose, but I generally take two at night at bedtime. Keeps me mineralized at age 74! Important for seniors.

Effective Antioxidant Healing Supplement--Vit E w Selenium

Best Waterhouse Book Value - Loaded with Color Plates
1 of 1 found this helpful Someone told me this was the quintessential Waterhouse book to own--I am thrilled with it, especially for such a low price deal when the book is valued at so much more. The color plates are excellent and the book is loaded with them. I highly recommend this book for anyone who loves this artist's talent as much as I do. He is beyond compare in depicting the female form as beauty personified--using classical mythology and Greek legends as themes, or poetic heroines like Ophelia, even a mermaid. Women like The Lady of Shalott, or Boreas, Pandora, the Saint Cecelia--and so many more, are painted to a mesmerizing perfection by Waterhouse that pulls one immediately into a world of fantasy and longing. I have loved his work for a very long time and now can gaze at the paintings in this book which is full of them. The biography is brilliant and engaging as well. I love this book.
