Excellent value for money
1 of 1 found this helpful I've installed these in an '97 Epiphone Sheraton cos the stock pickups were too weak - the difference is remarkable. There's loads of output without any muddiness, plus you can split the coils for tapping / series / parallel shenanigans - particularly useful on the neck pickup. They're also really well potted so no microphonic squeals which is a blessing on a semi.
Overall I'd say these perform as any mass produced name brand but you get a full set for half the price of a single unit. What's not to like?

Ridiculous value for money
1 of 1 found this helpful Easily stand up to Seymour Duncans or similar. This replaced a knackered pickup on a Mexican Jazz Bass and it's just way better in sound and build quality.

Really nice piece of timber, plenty of thickness, planed and squared. Delivered very fast and well packed. Top marks for Touchstone Tonewoods.
