Febi / Bilstein gear oil, not oem
Originally I bought this thinking it was oem oil bc the picture is in black and white which makes it look like the OEM bottle (very sneaky seller). Because the oem bottle is grey and white. So when Febi oil arrived I was surprised and upset.
However, after researching Febi, I found that many people used it with no issues and were happy. I put it into my car last night and everything seems to be running great today. Seems it has made the gear shifts smoother, especially in low speeds (the 1st to 2nd gear shift or vice versa) but that could be just the placebo effect.
The filter is good quality and comes with a new gasket for the filter housing.
I would use again if it’s priced below OEM oil
