Beats Haynes hands down.

Looking for a Vespa manual similar to the brilliant Lambretta 'Spanners Guide' I found this one only after buying the Haynes version a few weeks previous which looked in need of an update with dreadful pictures. This enthusiasts guide has loads of clear helpful pictures and I probably wouldn't have started the project with just my fist book purchase.. For a novice it's perfect and looks ideal for advanced repairs too when I get there.

Perfect for Home use.

First bike stand for DIY private use. Easy to assemble and set up. It seems to cover full range of adjustment needed. The 4 legs extend out easily and provide a firm overall stand. The knob that tightens the main grip requires a lot of turning for opening and closing but it holds well.Likewise the knobs on the height and angle adjustment. The tool tray is handy for small tools. It's stored size is one of the best features ... the legs close umbrella- like around the main pole but it benefitted from slight lubrication. I have used it to work on full size mountain bike ok.The components do look on the cheap side but given the price it's great for home use. Perfect entry level stand .

It Works

Given the price of the product it seems fit for purpose. The bottle is robust but the Litre markings were very difficult to see, that was solved easily with a marker pen as the increments on the side of the bottle are raised. The plunger is a bit wobbly when extended and the 'o' ring that completes the seal inside looks quite thin and may not be that durable. ,however the vessel gets up to pressure with minimal pumping.The tube and sprayer arm are lightweight but have performed very well so far. The pressure relief valve performs exactly as it should with a simple lift with your fingers. So far I have use it on 5 occasions with about 20 litres in total Having had quite a few sprayers over the years that all seem to fail sooner or later, I see no reason not to recommend this product to anyone who wants a cheap,easy to use sprayer for home use.
