Amateurs view of Canon EOS60D
I upgraded from a canon 450D, having a 350D before that. I really liked the 450D, it gave good results, good battery life and had all the buttons is the right place. However, the 60D is in a league above the 450D. The image quality is noticably better, the 60D also has great build quality and a host of extra features that are actually useful even to the amateur. The battery life is also excellent allowing easily 500+ shots between charges. I'm very pleased I made the change and I can't imagine there is a better dSLR for the amateur on the market.
