Go for it and use the ideas for all types of cooking
Some lovely exiting dishes and recipes. For me I would use for mainly side dishes along with a main meal such as roast beef. Many of the recipes can substitute the ingredients for animal based products, but it's very helpful for new ideas especially if your cooking needs pepping up.
