Thermo Humidity Station with 8 temperature channels - WS710

Does exactly what you'd expect, and just works
This unit displays temperature and humidity and can show details from remote sensors. I found that it works flawlessly. I can't confirm the accuracy of the measurements with any certainty, but they seem to be correct. The display is simple and easy to read. The range of the remote sensor is pretty good too. This is a brand that I would trust and would recommend this unit over slightly cheaper no-brand alternatives.
Replacement idler rubber (tire, tyre) for Nakamichi Cassette decks

PRB to the rescue for hard to find replacement parts
I bought this for a Kenwood/Trio KX-70 for which I had already replaced two belts but was still having some troubles driving tapes. It's likely that I should have gotten the very similar STC 591 but the dimensions are so close I don't think it matters. Once I got it on the idler mechanism my problems were solved, both FW and RW directions work flawlessly and play speed was perfect. So in this instance PRB has worked brilliantly for me and I would otherwise not have known how to find a suitable replacement part.
AcuRite Wireless Digital Weather Station Colour Display Indoor Outdoor Temp Mete

Some units may only be visible from certain angles
As far as reading temperature and humidity goes the unit does seem to function as expected. I used it for a day and was happy with the readings it gave. It can also be calibrated which is good. The setup is straightforward and the wireless outdoor unit synced successfully after a bit of playing around. I like that the main display unit has an A/C adapter which is backed up by batteries. The best part about this unit is that it has indoor and outdoor temperature AND humidity.
The problem is with the display. The unit I received was only visible from a very specific angle. See the photos attached to this review. You had to be looking down on the display, from above, to see the numbers clearly. If you looked from a straight-on angle the numbers started to fade. If you looked from slightly below the unit the numbers were not visible at all. I search the internet and other vendor/review sites and found that other people had this complain, but not consistently. Other reviews make the specific claim that it's easily visible from all angle around a room. So my best guess is that only some units have this problem.
The "colour" part of the display might look impressive but it's only a fixed background. This is NOT a full LCD display and it's not really any different to other LCD displays that have a grey background. Buyers should be aware that they're not getting a full resolution colour LCD display. The variable back-light facility might be a good feature but since I couldn't read the display properly I can't say how it looks on a unit that doesn't have a problem with the viewing angle.
