Order arrived incomplete. Paid for 3 bottles of 120 Nutrafol Balance capsules each and only received 1 bottle with 120 capsules. After I messaged the seller several times and after I filed a complaint with eBay, the seller finally wrote back to say they would look into it and try to make it right. That hasn't happened yet, so I'm waiting to see what will happen.

I just received a message from eBay saying that I am being reimbursed/refunded for the 2 items missing from the original order. Although eBay does not allow for updates to the original rating (which was only 1 star), I do confirm that I am now satisfied with the outcome of this refund.
