  Very disappointing experience. The seller underpaid for postage, which caused delays and inconvenience. When the item arrived, it was faulty — and rather than apologising or offering a resolution, the seller became rude, blamed me, and even made threatening remarks. Completely unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend based on this interaction.

  Item was sent within the ebay time frame using a reputable company. The parcel was late, but this was NOT our error. Item was sent using ebay's printable label, it was weighed at the post office and it was accepted for transit. A royal mail card shortfall payment arrived but you did not want to disclose the details of this. AS YOU admitted you already purchased a "similar item now" and wished to return this item. As we refused a return you lied about it being damaged! You abused the system.
