After it was declared lost, I was offered a refund by Ebay which I tried to cancel since the item ultimately arrived. Overall the item is in new condition and correctly described. However since no tracking details were provided initially, and an incorrect one provided later on, there was a lot of confusion as to what the delivery progress was. Overall I'm still rating it positive.
