This item was part of a bundle. The package was slightly late however when it arrived it was well wrapped. The item was bought as new and was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately one of the items was missing and to date I am not in receipt of a refund, which I think is likely down to poor written language skills ...such a shame as all the other items were in very good order.

This item has not been received and seller confirmed that CCTV footage showed that it had not been included in the package and promised a refund asking me to forward my details, which I felt should have been automatic and further to this I felt uncomfortable doing so! To date I have not received a refund for this item. I think that this is partly due to shortcomings with communication/written language skills, on the part of the seller. Notified that case was closed and I cannot access.
