Good value
This is a generic ceramic filter which is very cheap. It does what it is supposed to and works fine. No documentation was provided, as we now sadly expect to happen every time.

Fun and cheap
I connected these tubes to a high voltage generator and got a simple stroboscopic light. One tube survived 4 KV for several minutes and I got a whole bag full.
I suspect this is a very good deal.
