Not good, item too lose and one peg of the skirt can't be connected because the hole is too wide now

was given very lose and one peg from the skirt is dismantled and can't be put back or inserted... it's not a good way to earn customers if they give lose and broken items and it's not the packaging's fault but the item given is already not good.
